How CaTe Cakes Was Born
My passion for baking began at home in 2002 when I took a cake decorating course to help me make a beautiful birthday cake for my first daughter's first birthday party. What started as a simple desire to make that birthday cake grew into a passion for creating elegant desserts and delicious works of art.
Over the following years, I continued to learn and refined my skills through practice, reading books, and taking courses with many talented chefs. I expanded my knowledge, continued learning through classes, and acquired certifications.
Today, I find great joy and fulfillment creating cakes and specialty desserts for families and companies that need cakes and desserts for their events. I truly love helping to make special moments, both memorable and delicious.
